Made an upgrade to my storage unit this morning and everything went very smoothly. Price was great and very convenient. Antonio was very helpful, answered all my questions, showed me around and helped me determine the best size unit for my needs, and we even had time to share stories.

This is my first time renting a storage unit here and in general. I'm glad that I went with this option as Antonio was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through and made me feel secure about leaving my items there. He also guided me to find my storage unit faster and quicker for easy access and loading and unloading for future refence. There was also a small issue when I checked out my storage unit for the first time and he was quick with removing any items left behind! I appreciate it! Great customer service :)
