I went to Extra Space Storage today with a car full of boxes looking for a last-minute storage unit and the process could not have been easier! Ivette took inventory of my items and helped me pick the right size unit, taking me across multiple floors to show me my options. Once I chose one, she set me up in minutes and I was able to move in immediately. Highly recommend Extra Space, and a big thanks to Ivette!

Wow. This facility is the nicest storage unit I have been to in my time in Chicago. I stopped by right before close on Saturday and Frank was so helpful, kind and showed me exactly what I need to do to access my storage unit. Beyond relieved I chose this location and feel comfort knowing my things are in good hands. Thank you Frank!

I had an excellent experience thanks to the Yvette, who helped me secure a parking unit for my motorcycle. She went above and beyond by holding the unit for me until we were able to complete the rental process, which I really appreciated. She made everything incredibly easy, answered my questions, and ensured the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It’s nice to come across someone so helpful, professional, and focused on providing great customer service. Thanks again for making this such a hassle-free experience. Ivette was absolutely amazing! I lost the keys to my storage unit in the middle of an already stressful move, and she made the whole situation so much easier.
