Highly recommend. I’ve had two units to hold my belongings. My experience? Safe, secure, and seamless to get in and out. Most of all, Dominique has been a pleasure to work with whenever I have questions. She consistently demonstrates the utmost professionalism, her actions reflect she sincerely cares, and gives Extra Space credibility in way that is standout. Kudos to her.

Dominique deserves every bit of this five-star review. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy.
Customer service like hers is hard to find. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and it was obvious she takes pride in running a great location.

Really love this facility! Have used other companies in the past and Extra Space is SO much cleaner and well taken care of! We first signed up for a 5x5 unit and just upgraded to a 10x5 unit. Dominique was so kind and helpful in the process - even walking to view the new unit with me to make sure it was everything we needed! HIGHLY recommend Dominique and this facility if you have any storage needs in West Loop or Fulton Market! It’s clean, safe and fairly priced - plus amazing staff!
