Happy with the storage unit itself, ease of access, space options, communication, etc. However, they raised the cost of my unit from $124 to $224 after 6 months with less than a month of warning.
EDIT:
Dropping to 1 star after Extra Space commented on this review asking me to call and discuss my rate. They have since deleted their comment, and when I called, they said that my rate was a promotional rate for new customers only and that there was nothing they could do.
DO NOT rent storage from ExtraSpace unless you're willing to pay nearly double the advertised rate.
