We had an incredibly stressful situation when we suddenly found out we couldn't move into our planned home and needed storage. Extra Space Storage in Ravenswood, and specifically Rina and LJ, turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, stress-free experience.
From the moment we walked in, Rina and LJ were spectacular. They understood the urgency of our situation right away and got us set up quickly without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. They walked us through our options, helped us pick the right unit size, and had us purchased and moved in faster than we thought possible.
What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and kind they were throughout the whole process both on the phone and in-person. It's rare to find that level of customer service, especially when you're dealing with an unexpected curveball like ours. They made us feel taken care of during a really chaotic time.

Folks— don’t be fooled by the offers they use to get you in the door. As soon as the first 3 months were over, they start raising the monthly price drastically. Within 18 months we were paying double what we paid the first few months. I know it’s cheaper to store things in the suburbs, but depending on your needs it may be more cost effective to store things outside of the city. Other than the price, this place is ok. They stuck me in the basement which was a pain. But the facility is usually clean and usually felt safe
