The staff are very helpful and professional, and I got a good deal online before getting everything set up here. Its a 2 star rating due to the fact that the elevators are down or off nine times outta ten, which is a huge inconvenience for those who needs access every day especially when I work. Would be great to get discount on the bill for the following month for the inconvenience or something. It sucks.
Management, can you all find a way to simply text or email people when the elevator is down? So people aren't wasting time and money coming by just to be turned around? That would be great.

The storage facility is great! It was super clean, and super easy to book my move in date for my storage locker. Using the app code to enter made it so easy! My lock was waiting for me inside my unit and it’s a great lock! The rates were great! I would recommend this storage facility!

Clean units. I had a 8x10. Did offer some that has temp control but didn’t need it. Offered a good rate for 6 months prepaid about $50/ month but then rate went up. Reggie at the front desk was really helpful and cordial! If you need temp storage on the city, try to catch the prepaid deal, saved a lot of money with that!

The facility is clean and the security is excellent. Having parking space in the city is a bonus. Anthony is the absolutely best!! Great customer service, pleasant demeanor and easy to work with.
