The manager is terrible. He's trying to enrich himself at your expense. He has no qualifications about taking your money and not even bothering to give it back, even if the transaction doesn't take place. You have to later seek a refund by filing a case with the bank.

It was a extremely humid day & I left my lock key home he was kind enough to let me leave my items with him that I planned on placing in my unit..he really implored above & beyond customer service & should be recognized & appreciated for such as we don’t have many employees who hold this type of gratification

Had a doozy of a moving day - but the saving grace, the man of the hour was Mr. Anthony Boatwright. He was a complete gentleman and went out of his way to make my experience using Extra Space Storage facilities a smooth experience. From letting me know what spaces were open and available, to quickly facilitating their rental, to adjusting elevator settings to make life easier Anthony was a godsend. Highly recommend this location!

Anthony and Reggie were super helpful to me. I had an expected move out date for 06/7 but couldn’t due to another tenant jammed the elevator which stopped it from working for my move out. Anthony came in quickly and resolved the situation. I ended up having to change my move out date and these two were super helpful in this stressful situation. Thank you Anthony and Reggie!
