I booked a unit Sunday morning not realizing that office check-in was necessary with Extra Space Storage’s office being closed that day and myself needing storage access that same day.
Estella or Alejandra (I can’t quite recall the staff person’s name; believe it was one of those two) reached out to me first thing this morning and helped cancel my reservation + refund my credit card. She was prompt, courteous, understanding, helpful and efficient. I appreciated her reaching out + assistance very much.
Finally, I was in one of their facilities two weeks ago and it was clean, tidy and organized. Excellent customer service. 10 out of 10 — would recommend!

This storage place is awesome in so many ways!!! First of all, the staff is polite, informed and provides great service! Love great service!
Secondly, you can’t beat the location being right off the 90/94 Kennedy Expressway and Armitage & Elston!
Lastly, it’s very easy to get in and out with all the additional street parking especially since it’s next to an industrial corridor!! Hands down the best storage space I’ve ever used!
