- AHAshley Hanneken4 days ago5.0I would like to start by saying Alejandra is a wonderful manager!! ⭐️⭐️ We recently left another family-owned storage facility because they outsourced their customer service. We were relieved and excited to find our current storage unit, but only two weeks later, we received an email saying the building had been sold and that Extra Space would now be managing it. After what we had just gone through, I immediately felt nervous and frustrated. I went into the office right away to speak with someone, and I was pleasantly surprised to see actual team members from the company there. Alejandra took the time to listen to my concerns. Alejandra is an outstanding manager, and thanks to her promptness, professionalism and care, I feel much more comfortable and confident.

Also, sign a longer term contract or expect your rates to be increased within 6 months of moving in. It is nice that they let you borrow the truck for moving in!
