I have had multiple storage units at 2 locations near my home and I was NEVER told there was a senior discount although I’ve mentioned several times I’m retiring…I fellow customer told me today 5/30/2026 as we waiting for the customer service rep…think it’s 5%…would of saved me at least $40 a month this last year!

This place doesn't properly maintain their premises. Several light bulbs above the storage units are burnt out or not working. It is a safety issue if the storage units are dark inside and you can't see inside the unit to sort your stuff out or move boxes out!
Someone can trip and fall inside their rental unit or worst, have things fall on them because there is no lights on over the units to see. Also, if you are alone on the floor, it is very scary to be walking around in the dark. I had reported it twice to the staff that works there and they didn't seemed to care at all. They said management refuses to replace the broken lights bulbs above the storage units and only care about the main track lights are working around the units on the floor which are on timers that goes off very quickly so you are left in the dark.
The staff says you need to use a flash light, or use the light on your phone if you are trying to go through your stuff in the unit. It is still a safety hazard because if people are paying good money to rent these units for storage, there should be working bright lights over each of the units inside this storage place!
