She walked me through the process and setting it up turned out to be very easy. The promotion deal was nice! When I called back to change the size of my locker they helped me easily. Scott was a lifesaver! He’s so cool to help me out when I was in a pinch- I had just a few boxes that the movers couldn’t fit in my storage unit. He stopped what he was working on to help me quickly get an inexpensive mini locker. I am so appreciative He also guided my movers to my new locker. He also gave me a tour of the facility so that I could easily get around. Scott also gave me a great deal on the second locker! Thanks so much:) Moving is stressful enough and I really appreciated the kindness and help. 10/10! I recommend
