I called the store prepared for a battle in regards to my bill but what I received was a very articulate, professional young lady named Sharneese who explained in detail what happened and a possible solution for the problem. She said that she would have to get in touch with management for approval and would have to call me back once that occurred. I thought to my self… I’ll never hear from her again, she’s just trying to get me off the phone but to my surprise in less than five minutes she called me back saying the issue had been resolved prompting me to write this review. First time renting a storage unit, Securing a unit over the phone was fast and easy. Getting access to the unit without unemployed was great. Instructions were clear on how to get to the unit and the lock. Unfortunately, my unit was smaller than expected. I upgraded to a larger unit without a problem, just paid a little extra for upgrading the size other than that great service would definitely recommend.
