Everything was super easy from start to finish. The automated system made everything seamless, we forgot to lock our lock once and they texted us to let us know.

I had a wonderful experience at the storage facility yesterday! This was my first time renting a storage unit, so I wasn’t familiar with the process at all. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. She walked me through everything step by step and made the whole process so easy.
When I realized that the location of the unit wasn’t quite right for me, she went out of her way to help me find another unit that was a much better fit. She even took the time to show me how to use the lock and properly secure my unit.
Her kindness and willingness to help made the entire experience feel so welcoming and stress-free. I really appreciate all her help. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
