  A review after 5 years, why? Because exceptional service deserves to be recognized, even years after the original purchase. Five years ago, I purchased a full set of blinds from Blinds Gallery for a newly furnished house. Since then, everything has worked beautifully. The blinds are high quality, reliable, and exactly what I hoped for. Recently, one of the rechargeable battery wands stopped charging. After looking around online, I expected I might need to spend around $100 on a replacement. Before doing that, I decided to call Blinds Gallery. Brian answered, asked for my name, quickly found my information, and simply said, “Why don’t you come by and pick one up?” I told him I would probably stop by around noon. When I arrived, I was holding the battery wand in my hand. The store was busy with other customers, so I expected to wait. Instead, within less than a minute, someone (yes, Brian) came from the back, handed me a replacement battery, and that was it. No portal. No endless emails. No 60 questions. to answer No chatbot. No arguing for hours, only to be charged at the end. Just instant, pleasant, helpful service, done with a smile. It felt like the kind of customer service I had almost forgotten could exist. Unfortunately, it is rare enough today that it is worth writing about.   Thanks Blind Gallery for repairing our Hunter Douglas blinds so quickly even though it was installed by Skyline. Dropped it off at the stor and it was repaired the next day under warranty (vs taking 3 weeks and $185 by the original installer).

  Brian and the team were outstanding. I initially called to ask about their repair service and then brought in my broken shade, expecting the repair to take several days. To my surprise, He called just two hours later to let me know it was already completed. Same-day service like that is rare and truly impressive. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely return for any future repairs and when we’re ready for new shades in our home.
