To my surprise, He called just two hours later to let me know it was already completed. Same-day service like that is rare and truly impressive. The entire experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely return for any future repairs and when we’re ready for new shades in our home.

Most repairs can be completed within one business day once scheduled. If dropping off your blinds in the morning, we may be able to repair them by the end of that same day.
I bought my blinds somewhere else. Will you still repair them?
Of course! We are happy to work on blinds regardless of where they were originally purchased. As the only authorized repair center in Chicago, we service Hunter Douglas products that have been purchased from vendors throughout the city.
Can you come to me?
Absolutely. We carry out all repairs on-site, and in the event that you are unable to bring your blinds to our gallery for service, we are happy to pick them up and drop them off once repaired.
Do you offer ready-made blinds?
No, we only offer custom-made blinds and window treatments.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a full showroom with professional designers ready to help answer any questions you may have.
