  I ordered Preston custom closets (5 total). My experience was very rough. I worked with Katie W who always forgot about me, ignored me, and I had to remind her about myself multiple times. One time she told me I could come to the store the same day to pick up temporary racks, and then when I showed up there nobody knew what I was talking about because Katie once again forgot about me. Because of her last minute cancellations and forgetfulness my project was delayed and greatly inconvenienced me despite trying to initiate everything timely. When the installer came in, we discovered that some measurements she did were wrong, and he had to get creative to resolve the issue. When I reached out to her in the end to discuss what happened with the project and speak to a manager, she assured me it would be done by a certain time and then she ghosted me. The reason why it’s not 1 star but 2, is because the installer subcontractor did a great job. Otherwise, my experience would have been nothing but awful.

  My husband and I are loyal, frequent shoppers who are in here up to three times a week right now while building out our business and redoing our new home. We genuinely love this store and have always had wonderful experiences with the team, which is why what happened during our visit was so shocking and disappointing. Toward the end of our checkout, my husband stepped away to grab a few more items. I offered to help bag, which I usually prefer to do, but she told me she had it handled, so I just let her work. When I tried to speak to my husband to ask if we could get paper for that particular bag, the cashier suddenly snapped at me in a really aggressive and angry tone, asking if something was wrong. I just calmly said no and let it go since it wasn't a big deal. The real issue happened as we were walking away. She muttered obscenities under her breath loud enough for us to hear, calling us "dumb motherf*ckers" and saying she needed a "good laugh" at our expense. We have spent a significant amount of money here and truly value how great the staff usually is, making this kind of toxic, disgusting treatment completely unacceptable. I know this is an isolated incident, but it really hurt our trust as regular customers, and I wanted management to be aware of it so we can feel comfortable continuing to support the store.

  Oh my gosh what a fantastic experience! Gaby and I believe his name was Alex helped me right as I walked in. I had a long list of items I needed and had no idea where to even start. They reviewed my items, split it up, grabbed everything for me and had me in and out in under 5 minutes. Such wonderful customer service and a stress-free shopping trip. Thank you both and can't wait to be back!
