- MPMz. PMay 12, 20264.0My experience was good and results were immediately noticeable following the service. The air in the house just felt cleaner, and my sleep was different. Elvin was very professional and answered all my questions. I gave a 4 because a vent was broken and I was not informed. Some of the blue plastic used to cover vents was not removed and razor blades were left on the window sill in the dining room. I was not very happy with that, but, overall, they did a great job cleaning the vents.

The ducts in my apartment I imagine had not been cleaned for many years. They were very thorough and cleaned everything no problem! My heat and A/C work so much better now. He solved several hard problems in my aging blower motor, cleaned it til it shone, and was able to figure out and get rid of a clicking noise that drove us nuts. Others told us to buy a new motor; Angel fixed it. He also calmly and rationally diffused an unpleasant contractor situation that could have been ugly. Highly recommend.
