I did not learn my lesson of how bad Lowe’s is in their customer service and reliability, accountability, and professionalism! I should have gone to Menards or Home Depot!! I am visiting my 99 year old Mother and purchased a dishwasher and installation package (way too expensive) for my Mother. They told me they would call me for an installation appointment. I am still waiting for a call for an appointment. Upon returning to the store I was informed the dishwasher I had purchased had not been delivered to the store and as soon as it was delivered they would call and schedule appointment. This was not told to me in this manner. I am needing to head back to my home state.
Once again, LOWE’S has disappointed me and I realize I only spent $1000.00 + on that particular day a week ago! I am definitely not a very good learner because I continue to be disappointed by LOWE’S!! Should have gone elsewhere!!!! Gave 1 because it is the lowest.
Employees could care less about my problem. Looking to just get a paycheck and get rid of me asap!
I have had problems in the past and just cannot get it done with this company! Problems in two different states!

Never again will I purchase anything from Lowe’s! Extremely unhappy with the stove I purchased but because I didn’t realize I hated it within the 48 hours I’m stuck with it! There’s no options given! No exchange for a different model and no refund! Unhelpful customer service. Who can tell in only 48 hours if they’re happy with an item like a stove? That’s not enough time!
