  I just wanted to purchase a mattress protector. I asked a sales person if there was any available, she looked up the item in the computer and said yes but it was showing it was on clearance but that couldn’t be right. She asked another sales person and he said it probably wasn’t. I ended up getting the mattress protector at full price which is what I was expecting to pay. The problem I have with this transaction is the fact that I didn’t need to be informed about a “false” clearance price if they weren’t going to honor that price. I still don’t know if what I paid was the actual price or if I got cheated out of a deal. I just wanted a mattress protector and left feeling cheated and lied to.

  Excellent service, good salesmanship. HOWEVER, you definitely need a sign/arrow on Prospect Ave saying entrance is off Interstate drive!!! I've been in marketing all my life in the Champaign area until I finally retired, and I would be willing to bet that you could increase your walk-in traffic by 10% with such a sign, and by mentioning it in all your advertising!!! Shania was absolutely the best!!!
