I had my unit for about three years. Move in and out was super simple. There are flatbed dollies for your use and people were great at putting them back for others to use. Really great people that work in the offices! Very friendly and genuinely want to help. Price was extremely good and increases were fair. Buildings are clean and free of insects or rodents, temperature was perfect, and lighting was good. Other unit renters were friendly and accommodating, and I never felt unsafe while being there alone. The app was also a great convenience. Overall I had a great experience and would use, and recommend to others, Extra Space.
