I find it highly concerning that a return cannot be processed at any point during your operating hours. While sales transactions can be completed, the inability to process a refund, particularly for a modest amount of $30.00, is problematic. My experience at 10 AM on a Sunday, where I waited ten minutes only to be informed that I needed to return around noon due to a lack of personnel to handle the transaction, was unsatisfactory. For a more efficient customer experience, I would recommend considering alternative retailers such as Home Depot or Menards.

First person who helped me went on his computer and told me which aisles to go down to find the pieces that I needed.
After about 10 minutes or so of wandering around another associate game and he directed me, each individual item corrected me from the first item that I had told me that's the wrong piece and showed me the right piece and helped me actually really fast. The second person was a better help. He was more knowledgeable. He directed me to what I needed and he showed me what I got was wrong and why it was wrong.
I wish most of the associates were like him instead of the first person. Who's who's licking everything I need and telling me that they're in whatever aisle they're in.

Asked 2 associates for help... one was in don't care second one very arugant on the phone asked me " Don't you see that I'm on the phone and walked away. Asked the manager for help she called the very same guy to help me. I ended finding 18 gage nails myself. I would not visit this store ever again!

I just tried to order 5 cedar planks to my house and get them delivered. I got an e-mail 5 hours later that 1 plank was being delivered and the other 4 were ready for pickup. I called the number to this Lowes and got an AI robot. that was frustrating trying to get a human being on the phone. Once I did, she was rude and wouldn't help me. She told me there was nothing she could do to get the whole order delivered to me tomorrow, jut one plank. I cancelled the order. She said that is fine. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. I will never shop here again. This was my order number: Order #300902142264576091. Whoever handled my call obviously hates working there and maybe she shouldn't. She's killing business for you. You completely messed up my project and now I have delay it.

Went to buy a rolling tool case. There was one left of the model I wanted. It was quite dusty, and the wheels looked used. I think it was on clearance though at 25% off. Frustrating thing was that all the cases had anti-theft cables through them at some point. The one I was looking at had it through the back so I was able to open the lid and measure inside. I wanted to look at other models, but all of them had the cables through the front, essentially locking the lid. I couldn't measure and compare.
There was only one employee in the area basically monitoring the self-checkout. I mentioned the fact that the cases were locked preventing me from looking inside. "Oh." That's it. Nothing more. This was my first time at this location. I didn't see any manned registers, only self-checkout.
I don't live near Lowe's, so this is my only experience.
