I've been shopping at this location of Lowe's for about 7 months now, and have spent a small fortune. I ordered drywall using my Lowe's app, and assumed it would add any charges for carrying the drywall inside. When the delivery truck arrived, it was a flatbed with the pallet machine and a couple of guys who were unhelpful, refused to carry it it. Of course they wanted to drop it on the sidewalk. I sent it back, got credit, and was told over the phone when calling the number on the app, that they were supposed to carry it in if the customer wants. Not sure if that is true, since now I've been told (by researching online) that I have top order drywall at the store's prodesk and add the $2 a sheet charge. When I mentioned this to the delivery dudes, they acted like they knew nothing about it. This should be made clear when discussing with anyone in the food chain, whether store manager, delivery truck, or national call help center. I will be shocked if this will really work upon ordering at the Prodesk. I've ordered before at a prodesk at a different location, including two sheets of drywall, and the same BS happened, no can carry, even after confirming with the store manager beforehand. Unrealiable information.

Advertised lanolium on the app 12' x 12' for $15.48. After placing my order I received a phone call stating that the 12x12 piece is going to cost over $70. I will not be doing any business with these crooks again. Bad business!

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought paint for my daughter’s room. They flipped the colors / amounts. Returned to store immediately. They told me no returns. Their mistake, no refund. Called corporate and the automated response said both items are eligible for return.

I love shopping at Lowe’s. They’re very veteran friendly. They have veteran parking and they give a veteran discount. You just have to sign up online. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and where they’re at.
