- SRS RAug 20, 20261.0The owner had horrible customer service and was very disrespectful He called around 8:45 am on 8/20/26 for a 2;30pm appointment I tried to explain that the power may still be out in the home and area Im at work ( traveling Nurse) and not 100% if power has been restored can I please call back in 10min so I can call a family member to double check before I reschedule, he was loud and disrespectful stating how busy they are and No power no appointment And I was was just asking for 10 min to call back Please don’t patronize this Company demand respect for your dollar

Took almost a week to even come out, then on the day they said they would be there in the morning, they called and said they won't be out til after 6pm. Then I was told they could not repair my dryer because its not covered by warranty because there was "proof of rodents" in the home. When I asked for this proof they refused to send it to me. I then got a call from the owner and he was rude and would not let me speak and just kept interrupting me. Said that the proof was in the dryer. Im sorry like how is the "proof" only found in the dryer and absolutely no where else in my home. Do NOT trust these people. They are scammers.
