I like to do lots of home improvement stuff on my home and lately Lowe’s was my go-to. I am sick and tired of going and only being helped at check out to make sure that everything is being scanned. The only person who asked if we needed any help today was a young Hispanic man working, other than that I get walked by left and right and they only ask the white customers if they need any help with anything. I get they might think language might be an issue, but management should let their employees know that every one is a customer so they should get treated as such, this is never an issue at Menards.

My family and I drove over an hour to get to Lowe’s in hopes of getting one of the 20 generators they had in stock. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked through the doors, they were actively selling the very last one.
That’s when Heather stepped in. She let us know that a truck was already in route and graciously took down my information so someone from the staff could contact me if more generators arrived. We had already been without power all day, so we were feeling pretty discouraged.
Just a few moments later, my phone rang—Heather had a generator for me! 🙌
When I arrived back at the store, Heather went above and beyond. She personally walked me around the store to make sure I had everything I needed, including extension cords and a gas can. She was an absolute delight to work with and provided customer service that went far beyond what was expected. She was truly a lifesaver for my family during a stressful situation.
And I can’t forget to mention Nick, who was also absolutely awesome! He took my 100+ lb generator and loaded it into my car with ease. Talk about a rock star team! ⭐️

Let me buy a ring doorbell camera for 151.00 then told me it wasn’t in stock and had to return the money to the card it would be on there in 2-7 days terrible experience! No one seemed to know what was going on. Never going back to this Lowe’s again!! Need to train there staff better!
