  This store was clean and staff was readily available. The shelves seemed to be empty. Not much stock. But maybe I came on a day that they didn't receive a shipment. All in all, they are a good store

  Overall, we always have a good experience shopping at Hobby Lobby. The store has a huge selection of home décor, crafts, seasonal items, and plenty of unique finds. Everything is usually well organized, and it’s easy to spend more time browsing than you originally planned! My only concern is pricing at checkout. Make sure you pay attention to the shelf prices, sale signs, and your receipt because we’ve noticed that an item can sometimes ring up differently or be mislabeled. If you’re buying several things, it can be easy to miss. Other than that, everything has been good and we’ll continue shopping here. Just double-check your prices before leaving the register!

  I got a big problem with the customer service here at times. Espically when I spend $500 a month here. Everytime I come get candle wax, 1 of the 9.99 bags always got a hole in it and it spills or leak wax on the floor. You can check the cameras. I told the cashier about it today she gone tell the manager “it’s already 40% off like…” who gives a care if it’s 40% off? So that mean us customers should pay for damaged stuff when they are on sale every other week? Made me so mad 😡 with the attitude. I swear. Just get me another bag of wax but say “what you see is all we have”, so it should be discounter when 1/5 of the bag is open and gone. Then $1 off is funny. Naperville location is better:

  Love the store, but for some reason every hobby lobby has the most miserable unhappy grumpy staff. Stange because I hear they're very selective in their hiring. I love to go here, shop, browse, etc, but if i have a question about products staff seem annoyed that you asked them a question much less for help, and checking out, I always make conversation with the cashiers, tell them how i love the store and deals or fun things i found and the just stare at me or don't answer. Kills my happy vibe after having fun shopping here. Get friendlier staff that talk that can provide good customer service. Other than that the store is clean and carries a little bit of everything.

  Hobby Lobby has a beautiful store with an amazing selection and great prices. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined the experience. We lost track of time while shopping, which is easy to do in a store full of beautiful things. Instead of giving customers a friendly reminder that the store was about to close, the staff became noticeably rude. At checkout, everyone seemed rushed, unfriendly, and acted as if we were inconveniencing them. As we were leaving, they even opened the door just to hurry us out, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. My suggestion would be to make a store-wide announcement about 15 minutes before closing. Even libraries do this because it’s easy for people to lose track of time. A simple reminder would create a much better customer experience than making customers feel unwelcome at the end of their visit. I really like Hobby Lobby, and I hope they improve this because the store itself deserves a much better customer service experience.
