  Ian at the Bloomington location was exceptional. He did an excellent job of showing us the different options, but allowing us to spend time looking around on our own. I am glad that we purchased via the showroom vs online because there are several factors that we hadn't considered and weren't as easily customizable on the website, such as adding angled side pillows and coloring those differently. I would have picked out a totally different couch online and it would not have been nearly as well fitted to our home. Ian was very thorough and followed up to help us get the best deal on the couch as well.

  The staff is excellent. Very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the sectional we purchased had to be assembled. The directions are clear, but the pieces are heavy. As someone in their 60's, I had no business trying to put that thing together. The recliner is very heavy. It would be nice if they had a crew that could be used to assemble these things. It was a real PITA.

  Feels like a high pressure sales situation. Team is so eager to push the product that it makes for a frustrating experience. Even when we asked for a couple minutes, we were continuously interuppted. Very unfortunate that the sales team was so pushy, as we were truly interested;however, we ended up going to a competitor across the parking lot and finding something we liked a lot more in a no pressure environment!

  Brock was very helpful with providing input on what would go well within our space. Yes you can order everything online, but I highly recommend going into the store. He provided insight on things I would not have caught on the website and I’m sure most don’t. Very knowledgeable and welcoming with such a big purchase!
