Well I admit I was disappointed in obtaining a unit via the App. I needed an inside unit and I paid, I was assigned an outside unit. Immediately contacted your support and I could not understand what he was saying. So after being totally frustrated I canceled.
Fast forward a couple hours and I received a phone call from the actual storage facility and talked to Darren. 15 minutes later he had me in an inside unit and by the time I hung up I felt I’ve known him forever. What a pleasure!
