Not only removed the chimney, but repaired the siding and roof so well that you wouldn't even know that a chimney was ever there. We were in the middle of selling our home, and the chimney work became a major concern for the buyer. Scott didn’t just complete the work he was hired to do—he took the extra time to personally speak with the buyer, answer his questions, explain the work, and put his mind at ease. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he stepped in anyway and helped make an incredibly stressful situation so much easier for everyone involved. That kind of professionalism, communication, and genuine care for a customer is extremely hard to find. Scott stood behind his work, was responsive when questions came up, and treated the situation like it mattered to him personally—not like we were just another job on the schedule.
