  - There is no mistake. It’s you. Do the right thing today or I’ll claw back all the funds of the initial purchase - My 80-year-old father, a combat veteran, purchased a freezer from this company under the agreement that they would remove and haul away the old freezer as part of the sale. After more than a week of failed pickups, broken promises, missed callbacks, and repeated excuses, nothing has been done. My father finally asked me to step in and help. Since then, I have personally called multiple times. On several occasions, they stopped answering or hung up once they recognized my number. We were promised FOUR separate times that the freezer would be picked up, yet no one showed up. Today was the final straw. We stayed home ALL DAY waiting because I called twice beforehand to confirm they were coming. Once again, they failed to show up or communicate. This company has been completely disrespectful, disorganized, and unreliable throughout this entire experience. Do not trust verbal promises from them. If this issue is not fully resolved by Tuesday, May 19, 2026, I will permanently leave this review in place and issue a chargeback on the purchase of the freezer for failure to fulfill the agreed-upon terms of the purchase and wasting our time. No more excuses. No more missed deadlines. Just do what you promised.

  Delivery was efficient. Unfortunately I bought the wrong dryer vent hose. However, one of the delivery men was kind enough to measure for me so I know what to get. The washer & dryer I bought were reasonably priced. The test run of the washer tells me it’s loud. I appreciate an efficient and reasonable local business, so I would return for future appliance needs.

  Four days later then they first texted their arrival. However, service was then excellent and reasonably priced. Will call again when needed.

  Never had a bad experience working with the owner and his team! Probably purchased over 50 different units from him over the past few years. Great place to buy appliances from!

  Midwest Appliance was a great help replacing our GE Advantium microwave. After 8 power outages in a year that damaged several major appliances and lots of electronics, our budget was shot. We worked with nearly every GE appliance store in town with responses ranging from "parts are out of stock - nothing we can do", to "our current models sell for..." a price that was 2 to 3 times what we had originally paid "but they won't fit in your existing space without a trim kit", to "why don't you just redo your entire kitchen" at multiple tens of thousands, we found Midwest Appliance, a GE authorized service center in St. Louis. They had a brand new, returned unit that was perfect for our location. Dale assisted getting us in getting it shipped across the state and we still saved thousands. I highly recommend them! And by the way, the power company finally resolved our power issue so this one should last a long time.
