  The two guys that came to deliver the refrigerator did a great job left no mess and made sure everything was working. Very friendly

  Midwest Appliance & Repair did a dandy job for me, Curt helped me find a new washing machine, and Daniel and his helper were fast and friendly on the delivery/install and removal of old machine. ** Spoke to soon, machine failed spin cycle after the second small load, happened 4th of July, left phone message. Monday the 6th I arrived at the store early, spoke with owner Dale, I requested to swap out machine. Was told no, said it was policy to send out a tech (tomorrow noon to 4), asked if a tech could come today? He said no, not the policy, I reminded him he was owner and could adjust policy, he said " no, your not going to get your way". I asked him to do the right thing. Not a happy customer right now. ** Watch for follow up. ** Follow up. Owner called and said he would give me a complete refund, at encounter earlier today, he never said that they were booked today, that explaination would have gone a long way instead of stating that's policy. Thank you. **

  I was treated with respect and the seller was very informative and kind. I would recommend Midwest appliance & repair to anyone looking for a really good deal. I love my washer and dryer.

  If I could give a zero rating, I will. I bought a brand new refrigerator from this store, it was installed the following day but it wasn't working, I called the store the owner told me to go and file a claim with Samsung. Very bad service with a nasty altitude from the owner. Please beware of this store if you don't want to waste your hard earned money.

  I came to this place because of a stove that is randomly sparking and they sent a technician out and he cleaned it. I also bought a dryer from here that was used only 200 dollars to replace a dryer in my basement that is squeaking. The first load of clothes in it would not spin and started smoking with a burnt smell it was large load but not a larger load that I have been sticking in other dryers for years and they always worked. So I wil consider it a boat anchor. I'll leave it at that. I dont care about the warranty I should of went and bought brand new dryer my own fault for purchasing a used appliance. I guess ill probably just go find a new appliance to replace it with. This is regarding your response to my review. I already ordered a brand new dryer and they are installing it tomorrow. As long as your company does what you said and comes and picks up the dryer you sold me on Monday and you refund me my money I paid for it. I will either delete this review or edit with new details that you refunded my money. After your installer picks up the dryer and I have a receipt showing I have been refunded for my purchase. thank you
