I had Lowes deliver my new gas dryer and I found out later that the dryer was damaged in back. (And the delivery guy did not attach the 4 "feet".) Lowes told me that I couldn't return it because it was over 48 hours. It was delivered in that condition. The delivery guy hooked it up and didn't tell me about the damage. I want it taken away and I want my money back. I talked to 4 different people at Lowes. One person even told me to call Whirlpool. It wasn't Whirlpool's mistake. The dryer was damaged during delivery. I had 90 days to return it if I decided that I didn't want it.

I wanted to thank the team of employees at the Belville store for going above and beyond for an out of state customer. I was looking for an item that had been discontinued for some time and after visiting my local store I had found out the item I was looking for was discontinued. After looking the item up only a few stores had it left and Belleville had 2 of said item. After calling to confirm they had it I took the hour drive to the store Nick held the item for me at the front desk. With the sale price I ended up buying two because the item was discounted, this was the most friendly group of employees who helped me out and I don’t often get this level of service at my local lowes. It is a shame this is not my local store or I would shop here more often. Shout out to the girl at the service desk for cleaning all the dust off the item prior to my arrival.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
