BEWARE - THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR ONE PRICE AND NOT EVEN 4 MONTHS LATER THEY RAISED YOUR RENT BY OVER $80 WITHOUT TELLING YOU.
When we signed up, we were told our price was locked in. Not even 4 month later, they charged our account over $80 more. They took over a week to get back to us, only to say that surprise rate increases is what they do, and we should expect another significant rate increase about twice a year.
