  They completely ghosted us at the end of last season and ended up not even fulfilling everything we contracted for either. Used to be reliable but no more.

  Most unprofessional business I've ever seen. I scheduled core aeration several weeks in advance. A couple days before the appointment date, they called and asked to re-schedule for 3 days later due to excessive heat. No problem, I said. Then they didn't show up on the re-scheduled appointment day. I called and asked why they hadn't shown up. They said that they were behind due to the hot days and would be coming over the weekend or on Monday (this was Friday). They didn't show up over the weekend or on Monday. I tried calling them several times over days, but they completely quit answering their phones. I left several messages - no reply. Unbelievably unprofessional! I see that other customers have received this type of treatment from them in the past. I have used them a couple of times without issue, but not this time. Highly recommend that you avoid this business!

  Don't bother scheduling service with this company. Completely unprofessional. On the day of scheduled service, they failed to call me to tell me they would not be available to come out it when i called them they rescheduled me 2 days later. fast forward 2 days and again, no call and no show for my service. I just called to cancel my service with them. Hopefully they read this review and correct their scheduling and communication problems with their customers :(.

  I used Great Greens for all of 2015 and the first half of the spring/summer of 2016. Last year, their service and performance were great. They cut the lawn to the height I had and weeded the dog run I have on the side of my house. This year, I've asked for them to weed and clear out the dog run for 4 weeks and it has yet to be done, despite the POC verifying multiple times via text that they would do so. Two of the four services, my fence gates were left open when they left, allowing my two dogs to get out. I initially signed up for a month of weekly service in 2016 and will not be renewing. 2 stars instead of 1 as they are at least consistent in coming to service on the scheduled day.
