If I could give this location no stars I would. But you can’t anyway I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. The building is very old and has mice. I found mice droppings in my unit which is why I moved out. I was only storing stuff here for about 6 months before I found mice droppings in the unit and on my furniture. When I talked to the manger Tim about the mice his response was basically “well it’s a 140 year old building.” Tim was also never very nice. My move in experience was horrible there is no easy way to move into this building if you have a large moving truck. There are no maps the carts are never where you need them. If you enter in one area of the building good luck trying to get to the other side without having to go back out the building and drive around. Again maps throughout the building would be extremely helpful. I used to store at the location in Naperville and I never received sooo many calls and texts about my payment. I would tell Tim and everyone else I get paid bi weekly I will pay it on my next pay day STOP calling me but they would still continue to call. Never had that issue in Naperville Ginger was cool and always nice. Anyway don’t rent here the manager sucks and this place is old and infested with rodents.
