- KKKishaOct 5, 20261.0Where should I start... well let's see, it's already bad enough that you have to pay 2 to 3 times the amount for what you lease from here. Then you pay this extra with having them coming to fix the merchandise if something goes wrong. We'll just say it has been going on 3wks with me going from left to right to even get a call for someone to come. I have gotten promises from the supervisor ( financial) that is that someone was going to call me. We whom ever he is passing this to. The 3rd company I was told. Well there not doing there job. So then he calls back asking " have they called" no they have not. This is going on 3wks. No one has called to set anything up. Nor has this supervisor (in finance) did anything but pass me me off to this damage 3rd party place. But guess what I HAVE NEVER MISSED A FREAKING PAYMENT OR BEEN LATE. SO THAT MEANS YOUR STILL TAKING MONEY OUT TO FIX THIS MERCHANDISE THAT I HAVE AND I CANT GET NO ONE TO DO THAT. BUT I BET YOU IF I DONT PAY, YOU KNOW HOW TO CALL OR COME BY THEN. I CAN PROMISE YOU,I WILL NEVER DO BUISNESS WITH YOU ALL EVER AGAIN. I PAY FOR A SERVICE AND I EXSPECT TO GET THE SERVICE THAT IS OFFERED. THIS PLACE IS JUST SAD. ONE UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
