- AKAlex KJul 16, 20261.0Stop wasting people’s time by advertising that you’ll price match if you’re not actually going to honor it. If you offer a price match, then match the competitor’s price the first time, take the loss if you have to, and move on. If you don’t want to keep doing it, then stop advertising that you price match. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time driving out of my way to pick this up because I was told you’d match the price, only to be told otherwise when I got there. That’s frustrating and misleading.
- NDNikki DJun 1, 20261.0Let me start by saying 150.00 will not close the store, but poor customer service will. Went to exchange some plants due to wrong color selection. The clerk asked if I had a receipt, then redirected me to a manager who informed me the plants are dead, final sale, dry etc. and she didn’t feel comfortable exchanging them. They for sure were dry, but far from dead. Again it’s not what you say it’s how you say it!
