  Everyone was friendly, helpful, and did not pressure me while I was browsing. I ended up purchasing a custom chair and the entire experience from selecting options to delivery was smooth and easy.

  From the moment we walked in the showroom, to the time we returned to discuss the design specifics with their in-house designer, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at this La-Z-Boy location. Jeff was friendly, patient, helpful as we tested all of the options. Their in-house designer Denise came to our home and was equally friendly and helpful and presented options we hadn’t thought about. You can’t go wrong with this team for your furniture needs.

  We had a wonderful experience purchasing two “Portman” charging chair side tables from the La-Z-Boy store in Algonquin. Our salesperson and sales manager, Wendy Strauss, was absolutely excellent. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made us feel comfortable and never pressured us into making a purchase. We truly appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We haven’t received our side tables yet, but I’m sure we will be very happy with them. We would definitely recommend this store, especially because of the outstanding customer service we received from Wendy Strauss!

  Well my salesperson NEVER showed me any pics of the chair that would match the sofa I purchased or anything in the store...so upon delivery I received the chair that goes with the sectional that I picked a sofa to be made off of it. The chair is waaaay too big in scale of the couch...she should have known better. I went to a Lazy Boy in Rockford on 08-02-26 and was talking to a manager Scott. I asked him what chair would be rhe one tot match the sofa made off of the secrional??? He showed me 2 options and he AGREED that the larger one went with the sectional. Overall I'm really disappointed with my experience with Lazy Boy both items were poorly constructed. When I called my salesperson 2hrs after receiving the delivery she told me to call Comfort Care and I did. They wanted pics which I sent...haven't heard back yet??? I do not want these items especially the way they were constructed and the WRONG chair They need to be picked up ASAP. I have sent several emails as well... After I purchased these items I noticed that Sandra had spelled my last name incorrectly and I called to tell her so...she said, "She DIDN'T know how that happened???" I said you did it!!! Have no idea how i was approved for the financing either??? I'm going to have a serious neck surgery in 3wks and I just don't need to be having to deal with this...I'm sick to my stomach about all of it...no excuse at all. This isn't fair to me not what I bargained for after paying my hard earned money...

  Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the different types of recliners which actually led us to decide against them and keeping our current chairs. Instead we added storage ottomans, end tables, lamps and pillows with the guidance of the interior designer. We are very happy with our choices and the decision to cancel the oval ottoman due to space.
