We had an emergency need for some storage for my son's car who was moving to Illinois from Alaska. They were out of inventory for the exact size we were looking for but Joyce, the Store Manager, immediately found us a great alternative. The process was very fast and efficient and effective and we transferred the car the same day.
Joyce was very professional and knowledgeable and we found out why. She has worked for this facility for 19 years through multiple owners. I would highly recommend Joyce and this business. My wife and I were really happy with how quick we were able to solve our storage problem.

Joyce was a true blessing during one of the most difficult times in my life. My dad passed away unexpectedly, and I was left trying to figure out what to do with all of his belongings. From start to finish, Joyce helped guide me through the entire process and made everything so smooth and stress free.
She is incredibly kind, empathetic, and has such positive energy. Her compassion and willingness to help meant more to me than she will ever know. I had a wonderful experience, and I know my dad did too while he had units here.

I was a customer of this storage facility for a long time. I was aware there were mice in the units, but after taking my jet ski out of storage, I discovered significant mouse damage and had to file an insurance claim.
I contacted the office, and the only solution offered was a $20 discount, which was disappointing considering the situation.
There are a lot of mice in this facility, and it seems like nothing is being done to address the problem. Customers should not have to worry about their property being damaged while paying for storage.
Sorry, but I do not recommend this place. You may end up dealing with serious mouse problems and costly damage to your belongings.
