This time incredibly rude lady answered and identified herself as this business owner! She said that she did not see my calls or she can't find my email! She did not listen to what I said and kept asking me to repeat things. I was ok with an estimate but her extremely rude behavior discouraged me from doing business with them. I am also a business owner and would not even imagine talking to my customers this way! Be aware!!!!!!!!! I took a pass...
