I had been a Lowe's customer my whole life until I moved to Twinfalls and it didn't take long to end that. Anytime we did a remodel or landscaping we used Lowe's. We bought a brand new home and wanted to have a storm door installed and we went to Lowe's and talked to them and set up a time for the Lowe's guy to come out and measure to make sure it would fit. He came out measured and said it would work and Lowe's would call to schedule. The day came for an install and it was a morning installation and they finally showed up around 4pm. They get set up and then tell me the door won't fit. So at that point they pack up to go home and home is 100 miles away. The two guys do door as a side job lol. So now the guy that measured comes out a week later saying the door will fit. He spends 2 hours drilling holes and then says ok that's as good as I can get it. The door had half in gaps. He took the door off and left. I call Lowe's and they tell me I'm not getting my money back. I had to dispute the charge on the credit card to get my money.

Spent an hour and a half looking for inventory they said was in store. It was not. Placed an order online as their site said it was in stock. Order was supposed to be received the next morning. I called in several times to get a status on where it was at. They kept saying that it would be ready today. It was not. Called customer service and they said someone was supposed to call me because they in fact did not have the inventory.

We bought new Levor blinds in Boise and they were damaged during the cutting process. My partner tried to return them at the Twin Falls store and the rude woman at the customer service desk on 5/23/26 at 2:30 pm said that we can only return them at the Boise store which is false. Went to Home Depot and got the replacement and other items that we needed. Worst customer service ever!

Terrible service. My family ordered a patio set on April 26th, for it to be delivered to our house and built there. It was set to arrive May 5th, a Tuesday in which someone would have to take off work to wait for the delivery. We get constant emails and texts the day before, and even a message the morning of the delivery confirming that it was still on schedule to be delivered. The time comes for it to be delivered and nothing at all. No message or nothing. Instead, we had to call to figure out what was going on. Apparently, the item wasn't in stock at the store so it couldn't be delivered. Even though the store knew that, they couldn't leave any sort of message letting us know that the delivery would have to be rescheduled. We ended up rescheduling the delivery for May 12th, a week later where someone would again have to take the day off. The same thing repeats with the messages and confirmation it would arrive that day. And again, absolutely nothing. No delivery, no text, no call. We end up finding out that the reason they weren't delivered is because supposedly "they need to build the furniture at the store before delivery, not at our house" despite on the day we first ordered them being told that they would be built at our house. At this point, it's ridiculous the fact that the delivery keeps getting postponed and it's more ridiculous that Lowe's doesn't reach out to us to communicate the problem before we schedule our entire day around the delivery. Do better Lowe's.
