    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     I’m a DoorDash driver. I was trying to get flowers the hanging pots for a customer but the dude that was out in the garden area would barely help me. I’m not good with all the different flowers so it was frustrating. Employees need to be more helpful and they were not very disappointed.

    WORST LOWES EVER! Not only was no one around to help but when I flagged one down, she acted like I wasted her time. Also, self check out is ridiculous. Apparently turning on the help light at the register isn’t how you get help. Just yell out like all the boomer men and staff go to right to them. Even more sickening that the employees that eventually showed up were women who “attended” the men first. Shame on you Mary! yeah you, I heard your rude comments and side eye glares! Do better or leave customer service! Twin falls is a fail.

    Terrible service. My family ordered a patio set on April 26th, for it to be delivered to our house and built there. It was set to arrive May 5th, a Tuesday in which someone would have to take off work to wait for the delivery. We get constant emails and texts the day before, and even a message the morning of the delivery confirming that it was still on schedule to be delivered. The time comes for it to be delivered and nothing at all. No message or nothing. Instead, we had to call to figure out what was going on. Apparently, the item wasn't in stock at the store so it couldn't be delivered. Even though the store knew that, they couldn't leave any sort of message letting us know that the delivery would have to be rescheduled. We ended up rescheduling the delivery for May 12th, a week later where someone would again have to take the day off. The same thing repeats with the messages and confirmation it would arrive that day. And again, absolutely nothing. No delivery, no text, no call. We end up finding out that the reason they weren't delivered is because supposedly "they need to build the furniture at the store before delivery, not at our house" despite on the day we first ordered them being told that they would be built at our house. At this point, it's ridiculous the fact that the delivery keeps getting postponed and it's more ridiculous that Lowe's doesn't reach out to us to communicate the problem before we schedule our entire day around the delivery. Do better Lowe's.

    Went to return a plant i bought online. The associate was being so rude to the lady in front of me because she didn't have a receipt and I thought she's not going to act that way towards me but I was mistaken. She looked at the plant and said you cant return that! I said I just bought it and I have a receipt. I asked what was the reason for her attitude and she of course said she didnt have one. I asked to speak to a manager and she responded she was the manager. And then proceeded to get someone who could speak in a calm non aggressive manner. The second woman first asked me what my problem was with her associate. Wrong question to be starting out with. I just wanted to return a plant that I had bought less than 2 weeks previous and I had a receipt. There was no reason to steal 15 minutes of my life. The first woman was white in her late 60's with stringy brown hair and glasses. The second lady was maybe Hispanic. In her late 50's. 4/28/26 @ 10:30 am. The reason I am making a description is because both woman had their name tags covered. Im pretty sure thats not how they typically do things. I will be contacting corporate to explain that people like that do not represent the company well. So i will return to find out their names. As that information should have never been withheld in the first place. It was rude and disgusting behavior by both female managers. The Pepsi vendor even approached me and said how much he hates having to deal with those people. I did get my refund and I will be shopping somewhere else from now on.
