I typically pull my RV with my truck and the chains fit on my hitch with no problem, however, I just bought a flat bed trailer to tow my ATV and the trailer chains are too small. If I force them on, it takes forever to get them off -- and they get bent. I had ordered numerous items on Amazon but had to return them all because they were too big. I had just had a bad experience at Harbor Freight (a customer helped me find what I needed rather than associate) so I was honestly dreading going into Lowes. I saw Stan as I walked in but he was walking the other way, so I called out to him and he turned to talk to me. I told him my issue and rather than direct me to aisle #13 he walked with me. He recommend carabiners and offered two different sized. He did't just let me make the decision, he scanned the items and told me the weight value and then helped me make a decision. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Stan! Great job and I put them on when I got home and they are perfect.

Horrible customer service in Twin Falls! Can’t get any help either by phone or in person. Wishing another company would start up selling the same products but with excellent customer service and put this poorly run stores out of business!

Wow, talk about super customer service. I came in here with my wife to get some stuff, and I had a headache and didn't feel good. A Lowe's employee, help me with giving me tylenol and a bottle water. It's good to know that they're still kind and friendly people out there in this world. I hope Lowe's is taking good care of her and paying her appropriately. I will definitely be back because of her. Coming from Nampa too.

Came here today to get a quote on a fence for our back yard, and we had the pleasure of being helped by an amazing, funny, kind gentleman named Kevin, he helped us build a estimated quote and took the time to go over every detail and everything we needed for our project! What a shame. Bought Govee lights from Lowe’s. Got them installed and had 1 string go bad after a day. Luckily, it was the last string so easy for me to get on the roof and take them down (installed in glowtrax). Went into the store to exchange the 1 string. However, they informed me I had to take down all the lights, bring them into the store and then they can refund me, then I can repurchase a new set. All I wanted was to swap out 1 string but now I am responsible for paying someone AGAIN, to not only reinstall these lights but take them down, because Lowe’s sold me a bad product.
Horrible customer service. I cancelled my Lowe’s account and will be taking my business to Home Depot. You should as well
