VERY disappointed . Filed a complaint about a bad washer and dryer back in April tecs were sent told us the issue is there no electricity to the dryer outlet after showing them there was electricity they said the could not chage the bad dryer do to the lack of electricity and that the dryer was fine.. today after months my wife got a call from Monica (sales manager) at 12:00 said her tecs will be there at 1 .. after 2 hours my wife call Monica back said they still need the serial number to look for the replacement.. techs showed up with a used dryer not a new one like we were told ..the techs commented the the serial number on the one they had was the original dryer we paid for .. i told them that's impossible because the one in the house is the original one delivered. Sooo guess the gave us the wrong one from the beginning.. what a joke .. Monica is clueless of what she's doing.....update 7/1.. called corporate twice.. apparently they were told the problem was resolved... not true .. no one has contacted me in any way... 100 % do not recommend..

The general manager, Rudy, became irate after I returned a desktop PC and said that I was not allowed to buy anything else from them again. I paid 142 payments to them before this and was a long term and good customer to them that always made payments on time. And this is a place that’s supposed to be for renting stuff too, not just for fully buying furniture. Aaron’s website says “no penalties” for returning items. And all I got was anger from the manager in which case he also banned me from the store, all because I returned a computer. That was mean.
[update: I sent what was requested to the email address I was given by the owner but never got a response for the email. So, I reported what had happened to me at the store to Aaron’s general customer service.]

So we bought a dresser from Aaron's in Twin Falls Idaho and a ashley sectional couch all last year and the couch is falling apart on the bottom side the black material that covers the springs is ripping away from the frame and one of the back cushions is ripping away from the back of the couch I let them know like two and a half weeks ago about this they sent two guys over to look at it and take pictures of the couch and the problems it was having they one guy told there manager that the cushion on the couch ripped away from the back is due to the dog that jumped up there and pulled it down my dog did get on the couch when there employees were there to look at the couch because he was unsure why these guy where pulling the couch apart but he doesn't get on the back of the couch at all so fast forward to 2/12/25 at 6:30 pm Aaron's shows up to pick up my couch to take it to there store so they could fix it but did not bring a couch for us to use while they fix our couch I was like are you guys joking the one guy called his manager and his manager is going to be out at my house 2/13/25 between 3pm and 6pm to sew up our couch 😆 . I sure hope they can fix it.

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund.
