  I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Denzel last month when I needed to move my storage that I put in a unit because of the fires in Spokane. He was efficient, professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the whole set during a very stressful time.. The unit are absolutely immaculate, and the air conditioning is incredible. I would not hesitate to go back and use their facilities again and I sure hope Denzel is there Sincerely, Denny

  For people who don’t own local businesses and setup a long-term contract for your storage needs… BEWARE. BuxBear hikes up the monthly rate after 3 months you’re there. By the end of the first year, my rate got close to doubling. The way BuxBear hikes rates isn’t illegal but it is unethical. It takes a lot of time and money to move one’s belongings into a storage space, and having my rate double in 1 year is predatory. It effectively forced me to decide to a) pay the new rate or b) re-invest my time/money to relocate to another space. It’s a crappy position to be put in after 1 year. I moved out once this happened because I realized that the rate hikes were not going to stop. If you get a space here, keep your stuff in the popular black/yellow totes and get a space next to the entrance (if you’re in a climate-controlled space). I’ve rented with 2 other local self-storage companies and there were rate hikes but they were marginal hikes that happened after 1 year of being with them.

  Moving across the country was tough especially needing to store things and the team at BuxBear were phenomenal! They were patient with my time constraints and the process was so seamless! The facilities also is easy to maneuver and the unit was exactly what I needed. Unsure how long I’ll need it but I’m grateful to have found them!

  The Post Falls High School Booster Club reached out to BuxBear Storage to see if they would be willing to sponsor a storage unit for our Fieldhouse turf while we waited for installation. They generously provided us with a unit for an extended period, and the entire experience has been outstanding. Dencil has been incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process. He was always eager to connect, answer questions, and make sure I had all the information I needed. Getting set up, accessing the unit, and managing everything was simple and hassle-free. We are extremely grateful for Buck Bear Storage’s support of our school and community, and we look forward to recognizing and supporting them in return. Highly recommend!

  They have units that are temperature controlled. You must have a device with Bluetooth to work their entry/exit system. Great customer service!
