A year ago we purchased new screen door. It never fit right from the day it was installed. A couple of months later we called and ask if it was still on warranty. Hard to finally get someone to respond. They came over when we weren't home and then called and told my husband it was an act of God. No warranty paid for new screen door that never even fit. So we contacted another local door company and they came over and said the door was installed incorrectly plus it had put a dent in the main door. We will never recommend Lowes to buy or install anything. Consumers beware if you buy from Lowes. They dont stand by the product or the the people that installed the door. So we have had to buy two doors. I will never spend another cent at lowes nor would I ever recommend their contacters.

I ordered a shower door on July 30th, when I ordered it said it would arrive the August 6th, then it changed to the 7th. That date came and went and there was no updates on the tracking or at the store. The store didnt have any answers and pretty well refused to look for it, I had to do the leg work to contact the vendor to see where the door was, I was finally able to find out the door was sitting in Pocatello at the freight company and had arrived on Wednesday the 12th. I contacted the store to tell them where it was, I spoke with the manager a few times and she said she couldn't contact the freight company, I was able to contact the frieght company myself and asked them to deliver it to the store so I could pick it up. I was finally able to pick it up on Aug. 18th.
After many many calls to the store over the span of 2 weeks, the manager promising to call me back and never did. I had to do all the leg work to call the vendor, find the door, call the freight company and get it delivered to the store. All the while the manager encouraging me to cancel the order and buy it from someone else. I done a lot of business with Lowes, even bought a zero turn mower from them this spring. I can assure you I wont be doing business with this store again.

Ordered an item for pickup online at this store. I received the notification to pick it up in the morning along with the upc code foe the locker. When I got there they said it was cancelled. I literally drove 100 miles to get the items which they said were waiting for me in the locker that they then wouldnt sell to me. Their customer support just said "sorry" And thats it. If I spend my time and money to go to the store after they say the items are ready for pickup then they better be there, this is unacceptable. Really terrible service and response. Normally I like Lowes, but I probably won't be giving them any of my business any longer.
