I came in earlier and had a few questions and needed assistance finding a few things for a project and a kid named Auston went above and beyond. I was able to get what I needed and get in and out quick. It’s refreshing when big companies have good employees with good customer service.

I have spent atleast an hour at Lowe’s today for one misting fan. I walked around for like 20 minutes because online it said it was in stock. Then I grabbed an associated that walked around and looked for it with me for another 20 minutes. I got a family emergency and had to leave. The associate talked to someone in customer service and they both said that they would go pull it down from the top box or wherever they keep extra stuff and put it at the front. I leave and go handle my family emergency and come back and ask customer service and returns if a fan was left for me it takes them 10 minutes to figure out whether they have it or not. They have it in stock but no one pulled it. So now they have to go have someone cut it out of a box they said and I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes for them to “cut it out of the box”. I am a pretty understanding person but I don’t appreciate my time being wasted and me being lied to. Please do better.

Didnt have reciept .
Item was lowes branded and they refused to take it back .
If youve got stock options here , might be time to pull em.
Cant run. Brick and morter like that in the age of online shopping.
Had I used a credit card it was fine.
Digital currency isnt the only legal tender.

I was just in the store in the lumber roofing dept. I walked up to two employees having a conversation. They ignored me and carried on there conversationI waited about 8 to 10 minutes to ask where I could find an item. One of their names was Parker. They never offered to help me at any time.They both looked at me several times continuing their conversation. I was never spoken to by either associate. I finally walked away and found a different employee that helped me. They really could use some customer service coaching. This is how you will lose customers.

A few months back I bought some hardware to hang a barn door. Unfortunately I bought hardware that I didn’t need . Maybe 45 bucks worth , lost receipt so I kept looking for it and finally I thot of my number that I give them as a way to find purchase so I could return. Return person saiid I was unable to return its past 90 days. I get it but thot I would speak to manager and try to get some leeway. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Not happy it felt like a slap after the years I’d been a customer with no problems no complaints. Don’t get it

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
