If you chose to shop at Lowes and use self check out be ready to be treated as a theft as you put your money in to pay. Mark will be glad to make sure you scan everything and then watch you like a hawk as you pay. Knowing you have scanned everything. As another customer is scanning their items he is watching us and accusing us of stealing after he himself scanned everything. What the he'll lowes you train your employees to be rude and judgemental of you customers. Do better Mark and learn to not judge people. And if you are so worried then watch everyone not just people you disagree with.... horrible human being....

Purchased a lawn mower from them May 27, 2026. It is just over 3 month old and I've had the same part break 3 times. Lowes refused to stand behind their product and said I have to go through the manufacturer. I understand there is a policy but a product I tried to return just 3 days after the 30 day policy for the same isuse. Instead they said I have to order a new part. I've ordered 2 more parts and they have both broke at the same spot. Now after the initial attempt to return and numerous fixes and now just trying to return a defective item I'm told they can't do anything and need me to go through the manufacturer to get a return code.
**Update**
What is funny now Lowes thinks they are helping by giving me their 1-800 number. It's an AI assistant and it hangs up on me because my response was invalid... I appreciate Lowes responding to my initial review but their response did not help.

We went to Lowe’s to purchase an electric range. We found one online, but unfortunately they did not have it in the store to look at. We browsed and found a different one we wanted. We spent almost 2 hours there because the first person did not communicate with us nor seem like he really knew what he was doing. We placed our order and scheduled delivery for 9/7. I received texts to confirm the delivery as well as give me a better delivery timeframe. We wasted our whole day off waiting for our delivery to never come. I also never got any text or email stating we wouldn’t be getting our delivery. They moved the delivery date to Thursday without even confirming that date would work. When I called they about the inconvenience there was nothing they could do but say sorry and help me reschedule to a later date. Very disappointed because now we have to wait longer to get an oven. Also disappointed there is nothing given (such as waiving a delivery fee) for wasting our time.
