  All the employees were very nice and knowledgeable. After getting the repair quote another tech came out to complete the repairs. I asked if he knew which sprinklers he was fixing and he said he would just look at everything and get it all fixed. A short time later he came back and said he was done. I asked if he replaced one sprinkler in the back corner that I knew was broken, he said he didn’t even see it. He went back and replaced it and added the charge to our bill. When my husband got home from work he turned everything on and walked around to make sure everything was good to go. There was a spot on the drip line that was not repaired and my husband had to spend an hour and a half adjusting the sprinklers to make sure they were hitting everywhere. All sprinkler heads work now so that gets 3 stars.

  Had a problem with the 3rd zone of our irrigation pump sprinkler system. Henry wasn’t familiar with the pump system and was trained for the electrical side. He began by testing the electrical from the programing box and quickly diagnosed a defective solenoid for the 3rd zone. He had the part with him and everything up and running within a half hour. Kudos, Henry! We had been watering with the city water and had lost our prime. I called Shane, the “pump whisperer” who came the next day. He also diagnosed the probably cause and fifteen minutes later we were up and running. I always appreciate their professionalism, integrity and friendliness!

  I have battled my sprinklers for 25 years and was looking for a company to fix them once and for all. I hired them because all they do are sprinklers. End result is that Shane and team were very strong communicators, met all deadlines, and did a wonderful job at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

  I have debated putting out this review but it has been 6 weeks since our sod install and sprinkler system. And like the other reviewers stated he seems professional, down home, kind --- someone you can trust. However I would not recommend Shane for sod install or sprinkler. First off Shane is not as responsive all the time as he indicates on his website. We reached out multiple times prior to install and he would not call or text back promptly. In fact we didn't hear from him for 3 weeks at one point. We gave grace and assumed "its off season it will be different in March." It was not the case. We'd call and he would send us a text "what can I help you with?" Then no reply. We did finally reach him and he said to trust him "it will turn out great." My husband and I had a lot of misgivings because of the lack of response but we wanted to trust him. The day of the sod install I came home to discover the 3-4 yards of top soil (which he charged us for and we deducted) which was supposed to be put on over our compacted earth yard (which was under rock and weed barrier for 5 years) was skipped and he instead put down 5-7ish bags of mulch/soil which amounted to less than a mm of coverage over the 700 sf. Shane did not roll the turf either so it did not have good contact with the ground. We asked him to come back out and fix it but he said he was out of town for a week. Which was not good for the newly installed sod. What we have now is an anemic yard with lots of depressions and/or air pockets. At 6 weeks this lawn should be lush. Shane supposedly specializes in sprinklers. He put in the variable nozzle sprinklers on our lawn which don't even reach all the areas it needs to. Additionally he failed to tell us the VN actually need to be ran longer so instead of the 10 mins for all the other parts of our lawn in order to get adequate coverage we need to run these for 20 mins. To top it off the sprinklers that spray toward the house overspray hitting our foundation and our concrete patio. Maybe he does good work some days and on some jobs but he took a lot of shortcuts on ours with poor communication and follow through. Unfortunately for Shane I have installed sod and had it installed on previous homes so I am well aware of what a good install should look like and what its outcome should be. The fact that he tried to hide he did not put down the 3-4 yards of topsoil is just concerning. We may have to remove our sod and start over (which we paid him for $800). Overall just don't recommend.
