- SGShaun Grover1 day ago2.0Nope! The place is new, clean and the staff is nice but this place is worse than most. We moved from a different facility where we were paying $55 per month and in the 6 years we were at the other facility never had a price increase. We have now been at this place since the day they opened where we rent two units. They gave us a promotional free month and then of coarse the monthly rate but then all of the sudden in February, we were informed that these rates would basically be doubling. Our RV unit went from $70 to $90 and our 10x10 went from $90 to $160. This place is now building an addition to the south adding on more units and I guess that the existing customers get to pay for it. We tried to negotiate with them and they say corporate will not budge on price. They will take advantage of you so do your self a favor and go elsewhere where they will tell you the truth and you’ll pay less for the entirety of your contract. It’s the bait and switch Of corporate greed.

Before renting a storage unit there, they carefully explained my storage options, and I was given a tour of the facility to see which unit best met my needs. I had done some research, and I believe their prices were more than competitive with no hidden costs. The facility is new, clean and well maintained. Their App is user friendly and the team is responsive! Highly recommend👍🏼
