Terrible terrible terrible delivery experience. I purchased a refrigerator on sale. The first delivery, now two weeks past, was a bust. The refrigerator was damaged near the compressor. So I rejected it. They had already loaded my old unit so they took that too. Then today, they deliver a unit that had been opened and then resealed using nylon ties. It showed damage from a forklift. So, rejection again. TWO times I have rearranged my days to be here for the delivery. And I have to say, I found it disappointing that they would attempt to deliver to me a damaged, previously opened, product. I went to Meridian and cancelled my order. Now, I am another week out for a refrigerator from a different company. And, an extra $100 cost. Oh, and I have to wait until the refrigerator rejected gets back to Fruitland before Meridian Lowe’s will refund my purchase. Just silly.
NEVER AGAIN will I make an appliance pirchase from Lowe’s.

I am leaving a review regarding a recent experience at your store involving a defective Kobalt lawn mower and terrible, poor and derogatory customer service from ASM Jasmin.
After speaking with an associate yesterday, I was specifically instructed to bring the mower, batteries, and charger into the store for resolution, as the product is no longer functioning. The model, less than a year old, is no longer available either. When I asked about the product and if it was a known issue, the Lowe's associate said he never recommends Kobalt even though it is an in-house brand of Lowe's. He only recommends the Ego series. However, when I arrived today, I was told by customer service that there is a 48-hour return window. Three times, each employee parroted the 48 hour return. When I pointed out that the signage directly behind the desk states a 30-day return policy for mowers, ASM Jasmin was dismissive and unprofessional. She said she knows her policy.
It is disappointing to receive conflicting information from your staff, and even more concerning to be treated with such disregard by management when highlighting these inconsistencies. I have already contacted Corporate to file a report, but I wanted to bring this directly to the store’s attention.
Never has a Lowe's employee been so rude to me.
I expect Lowe’s to stand behind its products, namely a product they make themself, and for its management team to resolve issues resulting from internal miscommunication rather than penalizing the customer. I have already called and complained to corporate. ASM Jasmin was too busy with "ketchup and mustard running low" to actually help me today with my defective mower.
When I finished loaded back up the mower in my car, went back inside and purchase another $1,400+ of products, she was still at the hot dog stand. You could tell her priorities were tied to the hotdog stand and that my issue was taking too much of her attention.
Also, with a 3 year and 5 year warranty, and the product being less than a year old, Lowe's has demonstrated that they do not stand behind their guaranties. It has never been such a hassle or problem like today. And one could only assume it was the representatives who were too busy with Memorial Day events to care.
