Absolutely horrible!! They have some kid working the office and he looks like he half asleep most of the time I rented a 10x15 then upgraded to 10x30 but he transferred someone else’s account to my new storage giving them access and full ownership. Spoke to manager and she yelled at me telling me that BY LAW THE OWNERS MUST GIVE US PERMISSION TO LET YOU IN!!! What? It’s my storage. I even asked the kid if he remembers me and he said yes. Walked away with nothing and lost everything!! Horrible place! Don’t be fooled by the nice units and keyless option. You’ve been warned

I rented a storage shed for a move taking place soon. I drove to Extra Space storage to make sure I could get in through the gate. I couldn’t! Andrew was a huge help and patiently worked with me until I could get through. I so appreciate his customer service. He is friendly, has a sense of humor and for helping me. He told me my Red n Gold Subaru Wilderness Crosstrek looked like Iron Man 😄 I needed a few boxes. He assisted me with that to and gave me the run down on all the deals on packing supplies and the names of businesses that haul junk. Thanks a million Andrew!
