Beware! I rented in Sept 2024. $39month for a 5x5 unit. About three months later, I saw that I had been billed $59. When I called to inquire the local person said that they were authorized to drop it down to 49 which I agreed to. Then six months later it jumped to $79 a month and when I inquired the agent said they could drop it down to 69. This is clearly a marketing strategy/scam and I would recommend going to a locally owned space like Idaho storage. I rented the unit there for about three years and never had a price increase.
