I don’t often take the time to write reviews, but I felt this one was necessary.
Fernando the manager at the Amity Rd. Extra Space Storage went above and beyond for me and showed me an incredible amount of kindness and compassion during a stressful situation that I never thought I’d be in. He was professional, patient, understanding, and genuinely went out of his way to help. He took the time to listen and work with me, and I’m extremely grateful for everything he did. His kindness made a bigger difference than he probably realizes, and I truly appreciate him going the extra mile to help me.
I’ve also been very happy with the facility itself. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained, and I feel confident knowing that my belongings are safe and secure there. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the property and providing a place where customers can feel comfortable storing their belongings.
I highly recommend this facility, and especially want to recognize Fernando for his outstanding customer service. He is a true asset to the company!

Trust me. Don't even try using this storage. They double your fee within the span of 10 months! I've been going in at least once or twice a month and nothing even changes to justify the crazy prices. I highly highly suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
Update: Storage rent changes every month based only on market and occupancy. Not because they added features that are actually useful. Even apartments don't increase that fast. If you like that, so be it and good luck!
