  My husband and I arrived at 9:00AM sharp on a Saturday morning looking for a covered RV space closer to our new house. Honestly, I was fully prepared to encounter someone who would rather be literally anywhere else than working on a beautiful Saturday morning. But let me tell you — Missy (the store manager at this location) could teach a master class in customer service and professionalism. From the second we walked in, Missy was welcoming, upbeat, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She answered every question with patience, toured us around the facility to help us find the perfect spot, and somehow made the registration process quick and painless. Most importantly, Missy treated us like valued customers, not just another transaction. It is so rare these days to meet someone who is not only excellent at their job, but who clearly takes pride in making people feel taken care of. Missy turned what I expected to be a boring errand into an experience that actually made my day better. Who knew renting RV storage could feel like a luxury customer service experience? Give this woman a raise immediately!

  Missy was extremely helpful, made the process super quick to close out my unit. While I had my trailer stored there it was untouched and the facility was very clean and easy to navigate.

  I initially really liked this storage facility. The app-controlled gate is super convenient, and the location worked well for us. However, our rent recently increased to nearly $180/month for a medium-sized unit, which feels excessive—especially considering access is restricted after 9 PM. That’s a major inconvenience for anyone with a typical work schedule. With so many storage options in the area, it’s hard to justify that kind of price for limited access. I’m aware pricing can change, but this jump felt steep for what’s being offered. Because of that, we’ll be moving out, which is unfortunately a hassle. Just something to be aware of if you’re considering renting here.

  Like SO many others - lured in with an affordable rate. After three months, with no notice my rate basically doubled "due to market conditions". I was simply told "You were below standard with the earlier rate, this is your new rate". Looking elsewhere, this is ridiculous. Do NOT believe the rate you see online or when you rent your space.
