One of our salesmen was slow to respond, but that’s been our only issue. Prices are far lower than competitors, production is usually ahead of schedule, quality is great, and their warranty program is no-BS. They don’t hesitate to have new blinds ordered if necessary. We’ve placed a couple of small warranty claims between our 2 homes and the replacements have been installed within a very reasonable timeframe! I would definitely use them again.
