- SAShirley Audenstoday5.0Budget blinds employees are on time and professional. They have installed window coverings in my front room, kitchen, and patio. They are very customer oriented, and work with you to ensure the product is want you want.
- RBRaeko BartschOct 8, 20265.0Madison was absolutely incredible to work with! She took time on Labor Day to come in to the office to help my husband and I out because we had such a short time. Madison was patient and knowledgeable with the great products at Budget Blinds. She kept us updated on the process and made sure everything was seamless. We highly recommend Budget Blinds and Madison for your Blinds!!!
- JDJenny DiasOct 7, 20265.0Madison was wonderful from start to finish. The first time we met we picked out great window coverings. Both agreed on the same color. The next time she came there was a little issue with the finance part. I hadn't received my Idaho license yet. Today she came and it feels like we are old friends. All is a go. I can't wait for my beautiful blinds in a few week. Thank you Madison for you kindness and patience. You are truly great at your job. Your customer service is top notch.
- SESuzanne EstesSep 29, 20265.0We could not be happier with our experience with Madison and Budget Blinds....from walking into the sales office to measurements taken at our home to installation. Everyone was professional, forthcoming and extremely friendly. The blinds are perfect! Installation was quick and house was spotless after! Amazing job all around. Madison took her time helping us decide on the correct blinds for our windows and followed along thru the entire process. She genuinely cares about the customer needs. Can't wait until our outdoor patio blinds come in!!
- KEKaren ErtelSep 29, 20265.0Madison is wonderful to work with. Living in a rural area, there is little to no choice of places to feel the hand of a fabric even if you have the skillset to sew. Madison brought beautiful fabric options to my home and was able to help me talk through the pros and cons of them. She was patient and very knowledgable about her craft. Problem solving and design sense are Madison's superpowers. If you are looking for custom window coverings and need a trusted person to walk you through all the options available then Budget Blinds and specifically, Madison will ensure your project is perfect. I should also mention the installers were clean, professional and quick. Kudos to the team.
