  No means NO. Five times I said no. I started politely, but the salesperson continued to push a sales. I finally had to pull my phone to call the police to get this individual to leave. If this is their business practice, be very careful.

  I've been a customer for almost a year. Huuuge difference in the amount of pests in and around my home. They are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions I have. I appreciate the communication about the treatment after the service is completed. It's added assurance that the job is done past my expectations. My only complaint is the scheduling. I get a message about when to expect my service date. It doesn't always work with my schedule so thankfully I can reschedule it easily. Would be nice to book it a month in advance. Overall so glad I decided to have Aptive take on those little monsters!

  I contacted the guy right after he left, multiple times, my daughter said they were at the house less than 10 min, and didnt even touch the backyard, as I has asked that morning. We have earwigs and red and black bugs everywhere. They said they would treat for them, and did not. I can barely afford this as it is, and if they are not going to treat where I ask, there is no point.

  Over the last year I have had this company and unfortunately they can never get the job done the 1st time. I am always having them come back out because of wasps or spider webs or things that should have been taken care of the first time. Today alone I had an appointment they came out and after they left I found a bold jumping spider… I’m an not okay with spiders and I stress that every time they come out but nothing has changed… even this creature is creepy!!!!

  The service was fine up until I tried to cancel. I called to cancel as soon as my one year commitment was over. They did not accept my cancellation apparently and said they put me on a month-to-month. The technician tried to schedule, and I informed the technician no, I’ve already canceled the service. They then charged me for several months worth of service that they did not provide. I went round and round with them and ultimately lost when they threatened to send me to collection. I paid almost $300 for services I never received to avoid going to collection and protect my credit. I recently received another bill stating that I have another one year contract. I absolutely never ever signed another contract. Why would I sign another contract when I called to end it after the first year? They are refusing to go back and listen to their recorded phone calls. So now they’re saying my account is frozen and I’m not being charged, but if I don’t call back on a specific day in the future, that they will begin charging me again. I will not be paying them another dime and will have to take them to court if they try to charge me any more money. This has been the biggest headache I have ever had to deal with for a service. They will not accept their mistake and are forcing me to pay for it. I would stay far away as they are not an honest company. Shop local! There are lots of small businesses that will give you phenomenal customer service. These guys are all greed. Stay away.
