  This company is terrible and very misleading on there pricing. We had friends that refered us and we were quoted 200.00 and we set up a specific time in the afternoon. Well they came out at 9am, and we weren't home so had to schedule them to come back out after I got home. So they text me and said they quoted wrong it's 250.00 now. Red flag #1. Then the guy comes out and says i need to sign this contract to finish the job. And by doing that it was going to cost me 645.00. I told him i wasnt going to do that. I was quoted 200.00 and he said I had to pay 250.00 for the remainder of service. So I called the office to talk to the manager. They would give that to me. So after telling them about what what happened and talked to 3 different people the kept telling me different prices. And the tech guy said he couldn't honor any of those it had to be 250.00. I told the tech guy at the door I wasn't going to continue the service with there company. There were to many red flags.i dont recommend this company at all. Not true to there word. Lack of communication, and training. Stay clear.

  The salesman lied to me. He said I could use the service only when needed and not be charged for just a year. I questioned him three times about this. It was a lie . You have to use their service for 12 months. He also signed me up for a longer contract, but I caught his manipulation. There is a $190 service fee for cancelling. Don’t use them!!

  Great attention to detail and the pest problems we have at different times of the year. Great customer service from the technician. Always polite and knowledgeable.

  These people are crooked...I highly recommend you steer clear unless you like being swindled!!! I signed a 12 month agreement in August 2025, so last payment should have been July. They have since taken two additional payments, yet haven't provided a single service...so I paid for a service I never received!!! I called to discuss and was told it was my fault and to deal with it!!! Not to mention, when they did spray, I had bugs two days later, so again, so obviously whatever they are doing doesn't work!!!

  Active service sent their little sales people around our neighborhood and they encounter my neighbor who is Hispanic and very broken English. They told her she needed to sign this contract for Pest Control. She clearly didn’t understand they signed her up for a year and a half contract at $90 a month and never showed up. I’m her neighbor and when I learned of this, I called them to cancel this service they said we had to continue the service for at least a year, but they would reduce the price to 35 a month. This was the month to cancel, and when I called to do so they accused me of cohering my neighbor and canceling a service. It’s not like I’m gaining any monies from this. I’m trying to assist my elderly neighbor and hopefully she won’t get taken for any more money. The gentleman to cancel named Jonathan at customer service was extremely rude and argumentative, and I think it clearly took close to an hour to cancel that account. I asked for a confirming email of which I never did receive but in speaking with them this morning, they indicated it was canceled. Please do not use the service. The customer service is terrible and they don’t show up to service your property. In addition, they told me she paid for this month service already, but if I was to cancel, they would not show up. I told them that was OK. They never showed up anyway. Terrible service.
