And for some unknown reason on this visit, I seem to not be able to get any help other than I will get someone for you but then, the help that was requested never seemed to show. I had asked for help four times and finally left after an hour of waiting.

We made the 45 minute trip to Lowe’s today. We needed lumber cut in order for it to fit in our vehicle. The guy working in the lumber department walked up like we were an inconvenience. He came up with every excuse to not help us. He was unprofessional and rude, for a lack of better terms. We drove over to Home Depot and they were friendly, professional, welcoming, and were happy to help.
