Installing Flock cameras in the parking lot tells me that customer privacy is not a priority. These systems create unnecessary surveillance and introduce privacy and cybersecurity concerns that many customers never agreed to. I won't support businesses that normalize this kind of monitoring, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere until Lowe's decides to put the privacy of its customers first.

Jeff was the associate that helped me. He helped make a little pvc pipe project and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without his great customer service and patience I would recommend Lowe’s to anyone for making it a stress free trip. 10 out 10.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We are at Lowe's at minimum once a week for work or home projects. If we can't find what we need in the store the staff will help us with Lowe's online or find were we can get what we need even if they don't sell it. I love that they allow dogs because it my your day better to get a few pets in on a pup. Restrooms are always super clean too.

Was there the other day. Saw they had new cameras up in the parking lot. I looked them up and they are indeed Flock cameras. I hate that Lowes has bought into that system. I don't like my face and car being scanned and tracked like they do. I am likely to shop somewhere different now. It's already hard enough to stomach all the data collection that goes on these days. I'm sad. I liked Lowe's. Just doesn't seem worth it to show up in a huge surveillance program just to by house improvement supplies. Harbor Freight and Home depot are nearby. Will probably go to those places instead.

In store service and prices are a 5 out of 5 that's the only reason I'm not rating it a 1 out of 5 stars.
On the other hand the ordering and pickup is a nightmare. If there are any problems and you have to call the store the AI answering machine is a pain. It takes a lot of back and forth to finally speak to a real person.
Today I called because they gave my order to someone else and the only reason I found out was beacuse my number was on the package and the lady messaged me. The store is still none the wiser and when I tried to call them to figure it out they try to transfer me to get help and the system keeps hanging up on me. Mind you this order is well over $80, and I have waited over 40 minutes to try and figure it out. Thank goodness my package went to someone honest and hopefully I can get it today but buyer be careful. DON'T order anything online.
