We need a RV Full Queen for our new travel trailer. We live in Salmon and I called Denver Mattress in Idaho Falls. It's the closest store and we bought our King mattress with an adjustable base at Denver Mattress last year. I love that mattress and wanted to deal with them again. I reached Cam on the phone and he was great about trying to find the mattress we need. They stock the RV mattress, but in the Queen Short, which most travel trailers use. Cam checked around and found the size we need in Pocatello. No problem. That was a Friday. The truck could pick it up on Saturday and we could get on Monday when we were traveling the 150 miles anyway for a doctor's appointment. Come Monday we arrive at the store and the warehouse was sorry but the mattress didn't get picked up on Saturday. We're like "Oh great!" But the warehouse worker said "Well, it will be about a 15 minute wait because when Cam realized the truck didn't pick up your mattress, he got in his personal vehicle and drove the 60 miles and picked up the mattress himself." Now in my book that proves two things. First, the Idaho Falls Denver Mattress and their great employee, Cam, is dedicated to service for their customers, and second, Cam is a man of his word! He promised that the mattress could be picked up on Monday, and he made sure it happened! My advice to anyone in need of a mattress is go to the Idaho Falls Denver Mattress and deal with Cam, a man of his word. Thank you Cam!

Knowledgeable representative and items on sale. Several brands to choose from. It was nice being able to try out the mattresses before buying.

I needed a nice mattress quickly because my schedule is hard to work around, especially as a truck driver. Cam helped me out. He went back and forth to check whether a mattress was available for me to buy. He was very nice and made it easy to get done what I needed.

I went into Denver Mattress Company and had a very good experience with Cal. I tested out some different Mattresses yet went with one that was on the web site but not in the store. Cal assisted me, ordered the mattress and now I just have to await its delivery to the store. I really appreciated the in store testing experience, and Cal’s guidiance during the process.

Absolutely amazing experience. Mitchell was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We went to four different stores before coming to Denver mattress and our experiences were good at each store but Exceptional at Denver mattress. Mitchell help just find every single thing that we needed. He took a lot of time out of his day to educate us. There was no pressure to buy either. He helped us find the perfect mattresses, base, mattress covers, sheets, and pillows for my parents and myself. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the price.
