We had such a great experience with North Idaho Spas! They were so helpful from the very beginning and honestly made everything so easy for us 🙌🏻 I really love that they are a family business because you can tell they truly care about their customers. Bill even came out to our house and showed us exactly what we needed to do, which was so helpful and made us feel like we knew what we were doing. Both of his sons were also amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. We absolutely love our spa and couldn’t be happier with North Idaho Spas. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a spa. They made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! ❤️

We were needing spa supplies and couldn’t get them here fast enough so we were pleasantly surprised that they had them in stock for less than Amazon’s price. Great customer service and they answered their phone immediately. Highly recommend!

Sorry I couldn't give a positive review. When asking for help with balancing our cemicals I was told that wasn't possible. Not even a sorry can't help. Just can't help you. He actully said, "How the hell am I suppose to know what's wrong with your tub".
