However, when we went to checkout at the store, there were 2 employees standing within 5 feet of us talking Who we assumed were just stock people. The one checker was visiting at length with the people.She was checking out. After literally ten minutes, one of the people that we thought were stock People mentioned they could help us on the next checkout. Literally, they stood there, complaining about their jobs within five feet of us for ten minutes, instead of ringing us up, which is apparently what their job was. Absolutely disrespectful and disgraceful. And before anyone asks one hundred percent, they saw us as we were five feet away

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
